Residential
Absolutely! As a small business, we love referrals, and the shorter we have to drive from job to job allows us to be more efficient with our day. Those savings can be passed along to you and your neighbours for your loyalty. Please contact us for specific discounts, with larger discounts for additional homes or property.
We only use chemicals that are safe for all the plants and ecosystem around your home.
We do our best to keep the powerful spray away from your plants; however, it may be a good idea to move some of your potted plants to a safe area prior to our spraying. Moving your pots away from their normal position also has the added benefit of allowing us to clean any area where runoff may have marked the surface underneath.
You don’t necessarily need to be home, but it’s very important that you’ve shut all of your windows, have moved all your vehicles (or objects that are in the way), and secured your home prior to our arrival. We do expect payment upon completion, but as long as we’ve set up payment arrangements, it shouldn’t be an issue.
We’ll provide you with a time of day (ie. 3:00pm) when we’ll arrive. We will make sure that we’re not more than 15 minutes late without letting you know that in advance. We won’t ask you to stay available from 9-5 like most cable companies 😉!
Most small to medium properties will take approximately a few hours; however, it’s good to contact us for a quote. Some homes have areas that are difficult to wash, and some jobs may end up being more complicated. It may take additional time on top of our quote, but you’re paying for the service, not time.
Commercial / Agricultural
We can definitely quote your job based on how many vehicles or implements will be washed at a single location. If you have a fleet of vehicles that need washing and they’ll all be in the same place, you’ll benefit from our single location discounts.
We provide discounts based on the frequency and quantity of services provided. Please get in touch with us directly so we’re better able to discount your services based on your needs.
Clean trucks are maintained vehicles. If you’re looking to attract attention, a dirty vehicle is the best way to do it. If you want to represent your business in the best light, having a clean vehicle is a great start. Your commercial vehicle likely has branding or a commercial wrap that you’ve paid a lot of money for people to see. Why would you want that covered up with dirt and grime?
We can send you digital invoices to be paid by credit card online. We also take cheques, e-transfer, and cash. Additionally we can set up monthly or consolidated billing for larger and/or repeat customers. Please contact us for more information regarding unique situations, we use modern billing software that allows for a number of billing solutions.
We do have cleaning products for special types of trailers. There is a premium for some of the cleaning products used, so it’s important to mention this when requesting your quote.
